Breathe: Therapeutic blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, and tea tree essential oils that aids in opening up sinuses.
Calm: Soothing and relaxing blend of lavender essential oil and natural vanilla oil. Perfect for use before bedtime.
Awake: Bright and invigorating blend of lemon, lemongrass, orange, and cedarwood essential oils. A great way to start the day.
Focus: Fresh blend of rosemary, Siberian fir, and peppermint essential oils that boosts mental performance and reduces stress levels.

Each shower melt measures approximately 1 in x 2 in x 2 in (2.5 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm).

Turn on your shower and let it get nice and steamy. Activate the shower melt/steamer by sprinkling it with a few drops of water. Place the shower melt/steamer anywhere outside of the direct stream of water (place in a mesh bag if desired). Breathe in deeply to enjoy the scents of the essential oils. Depending on where you place the shower melt/steamer and how long your shower lasts, the melt/steamer can last between 1-3 showers.
